    Spirulina has 200x the protein of beef and it's algea. This Shizuoka company sells raw Spirulina packets. I think I might have solved my protein problem with going Herbivore. https://www.tavelmout.jp/

    Interesting. Did this study isolate for all other factors? Did the islanders just eat fruit bats? The fiber in Spirulina limits how much I personally can intake. Perhaps that'll keep me safe. I'll certainly diversify my diet!
